Manages the Monitoring and Institutional Research (MIR) team, which includes overseeing institutional planning; progress monitoring, evaluation, and reporting; and knowledge management; as well as managing people and processes, and providing strategic leadership.

His research interests include Institutional research, university governance, student politics, student affairs and decolonization.
Conducts high-quality, scholarly research that is relevant to the strategic goals of the University, that supports strategic decision-making at management level, and that leads to scholarly presentation and publication.
